Introduction

Welcome to betph7. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between betph7 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") in connection with your use of the betph7 website located at betph7.cam and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting, bingo, and any other gaming products made available through the betph7 platform (collectively, the "Services").

betph7 is operated in compliance with Philippine law and under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. By creating a betph7 account, logging in, or placing any wager on the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the betph7 platform and close your account. Continued use of the betph7 Services following any notification of updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the betph7 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all of the following conditions are met:

• You are at least 21 years of age — the mandatory minimum age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as required by PAGCOR regulation.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gambling services is lawful at the time of your use of the betph7 platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of betph7, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from betph7 or from any other PAGCOR-licensed platform, and you are not currently subject to any self-exclusion restriction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and you are using the betph7 platform of your own free will with funds you can afford to lose.

Account Registration & Management

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one betph7 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the betph7 registration process. This includes your legal full name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, your date of birth, your registered Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by betph7 for compliance purposes. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betph7 account credentials, including your username and password. betph7 will never request your password via live chat, SMS, email, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your betph7 account using your correct credentials will be treated as activity authorized by you. You must notify betph7 immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

betph7 is required by PAGCOR regulation to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document. Acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, SSS ID, UMID card, or PRC license. betph7 reserves the right to request additional documentation as required by applicable regulations.

Deposits & Payment Methods

betph7 accepts deposits in Philippine pesos (PHP) exclusively. All financial transactions on the betph7 platform are denominated in PHP. The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits:

Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing schedules vary by payment method and are displayed on the betph7 deposit page. betph7 does not charge fees on deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees which are outside betph7's control.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. betph7 strictly prohibits the use of payment methods belonging to third parties. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be refunded and the betph7 account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of Real Money Funds (excluding unconverted bonus funds) from their betph7 account subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be successfully completed prior to the first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• betph7 targets withdrawal processing within one (1) business day for GCash and Maya requests submitted before 4:00 PM on Philippine Standard Time business days. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to two (2) business days.
• betph7 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification to withdrawal requests that appear unusual in size or frequency, consistent with AML obligations.

betph7 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard transactions. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their receiving financial institution or e-wallet provider.

Bonuses & Promotions

betph7 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentive programs (collectively "Promotions") to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all betph7 Promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual Promotion's terms:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a betph7 account are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each Promotion is stated in the specific Promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are not withdrawable until the full wagering requirement has been met. Players must complete wagering requirements within the validity period stated in the specific Promotion terms; uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance upon expiry.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

betph7 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a single Promotion, employing low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other Players to systematically exploit Promotions, or any other conduct that betph7 deems to be in bad faith. betph7 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and permanently close accounts engaged in bonus abuse at its sole discretion.

7.3 Changes to Promotions

betph7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to Player accounts before the effective date of the change.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the betph7 platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on betph7, you accept the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

In the event of any discrepancy between a game result displayed on the betph7 interface and the result recorded on betph7's game server, the server-side record shall be the authoritative source. RNG (Random Number Generator) game results are determined by certified algorithms and are final. Live dealer game results are determined by physical game equipment under dealer supervision and are final once announced.

betph7 reserves the right to void bets that are placed after the result of the relevant event is known (referred to as "late bets"), bets placed during periods of evident technical malfunction, and bets placed in error due to obvious pricing mistakes or system errors. In such circumstances, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's balance.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betph7 platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using the betph7 platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one account on the betph7 platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using the betph7 platform in connection with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the betph7 platform, its servers, or its software.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any betph7 game.
• Colluding with other Players in multiplayer games or sports betting markets in a manner intended to manipulate outcomes.
• Making deposits using payment accounts that do not belong to you.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward betph7 staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to claim any Promotion in a manner that betph7 reasonably determines constitutes abuse.

Responsible Gaming

betph7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we provide the following tools to help Players manage their activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 48-hour review period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications alert Players to their session duration at set intervals to encourage awareness of time spent on the betph7 platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may suspend their betph7 account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days). Account access cannot be restored before the selected period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently or long-term self-exclude from the betph7 platform. Self-exclusion is final for the selected period and cannot be reversed. Self-excluded Players are removed from all marketing communications.

Account Suspension & Closure

betph7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at its sole discretion under the following circumstances, without prior notice where betph7 deems immediate action necessary:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request.
• Discovery that a Player is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that a Player has created multiple betph7 accounts.
• Discovery that a Player is located in a jurisdiction where the use of online gambling services is prohibited.
• betph7's own commercial decision to discontinue Services in a particular jurisdiction or to a particular Player, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

In cases of voluntary account closure requested by the Player, betph7 will return any available Real Money Fund balance (excluding unconverted bonus funds) to the Player's verified payment account within a reasonable processing period, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any outstanding investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the betph7 platform — including but not limited to the betph7 brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game content, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of betph7 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

betph7 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the betph7 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any betph7 content without prior written authorization from betph7.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, betph7 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the betph7 platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, or loss of profits.

betph7's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the betph7 Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betph7 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical interruptions. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability. betph7 will endeavor to minimize disruption but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Privacy & Data Protection

betph7 processes personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is available at betph7.cam/privacy-policy. By registering a betph7 account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

betph7 collects personal data necessary for account management, KYC compliance, PAGCOR regulatory reporting, and responsible gaming obligations. Data is not sold to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. betph7 may share data with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine government authorities as required by law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all matters relating to the betph7 platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between betph7 and a Player, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through betph7's internal customer support process. Complaints may be submitted via the betph7 live chat support function. betph7 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavor to resolve them within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through betph7's internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Amendments to These Terms

betph7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the betph7 website or account dashboard.

Amended Terms become effective on the date stated in the amendment notice. Continued use of the betph7 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your betph7 account before the effective date.
